Importance of good foods

Imagine how did you feel if this would be your food today?

1.Sweetcorn salad 2.sweetened Brown flattened rice

I can hear some one’s voice ” i hate ” – age must be 5-35 years.

I can also hear some other voices too ” Its heaven if its available today “, “I love it”, ” Delicious”, “yummy”- age should be above 40/ diet consciousness people.

But, have you understand a thing? that a person at 5 hates it but the same person at 50 will loves it. Yes, good stuffs were good always the thoughts lies in our tastes.

Fried broilers and oily snacks may looks delicious but it will surely spoil your later life with cholesterol,diabetes,heart diseases,obesity and blood pressure.

Believe me i have witnessed all these crucial diseases very closely. If you have any home people with any of these then surely try to change them. Also teach your kids about their elders health problem.There were many chances for diseases to propagate with genes.

Make them to do exercises and ask them to take good diet. Instruct those irresponsible eating souls and make them to understand that they were 1000 times more important to us and we don’t want to lose them for their eating habits. Teach your kids with nutrients value too.

Remember you can’t control everything in your life, but you can control what you put in your mouth.Always choose fresh.A real food doesn’t have many ingredients, real food itself is a ingredient.

Carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, lemon, corn – you can add corianders, chopped green chillies and boiled peas with little bit salt and pepper powder. Using for kids you can add some butter too.

Hard Flattened brown rice- washed and soaked in hot water for 5 minutes. Then mixed with jaggery and bananas with a spatula.
