No sleep during pregnancy!

Many pregnant people often convey me that no sleep @night , Give me some tips,then i stack these only !

Make yourself comfort before using any one of our following tips :

🌻Speak out your emotions
🌻Go for a walk with your partner
🌻 Listen to your favourite songs
🌻Read a book
🌻Use some extra cushions to make you more comfort
🌻try to avoid spicy, junk & oily foods at night
🌻Do prenatal yoga everyday ( after consulting doctor, take a class from certified prenatal fitness trainers )
🌻Drink a glass of luke warm water before bed time
🌻Make your room pleasant & comfortable to you.
🌻Wear loose clothes
🌻 Do some meditation everyday before sleep ( learn from proper meditational therapists to enjoy thoroughly )

Sleep issues is not really a problem but not understanding the underlying cause is a huge problem, do understand your body and take enough rest both physically and mentally.

Remember to not to use mobile phones at night time this sucks your time and make you disturbed whole night !
