But Do consider :
❌️ These are rich in sodium ( as because we add salt ) – this increases blood pressure.
So high BP patients should be aware about this.
❌️ Adding butter or sugar may be little unhealthy during pregnancy, take in moderation if you are diabetic already.
✔️ you can use coconut oil, extra virgin olive oils to prepare these popcorns.
❌️ Never and ever prepare your popcorn in microwave oven, this may cause lung diseases and even cancer.

How can i eat?

HOW I MAKE IT?
I have few packs of fresh popcorn kernels ( i also make it at home by hanging from husk. These usual corns have to dried for 3-4 weeks under roof. Don’t use sweet corns it won’t puff good, furthermore its genetically muted corns – Don’t go for it always )
I use seperate cooker without whistles, under medium flame.
pour some oil or butter ( for kids ). And dissolve salt as required into the oil. Then put required amount of corns into the cooker.
And Just fry it for 1 min.then put the lid and close it for 2-3 mins or untill the pop gets settle down.
After transferring to a bowl i often add some masalas like chat masala / pepper powder/ amchur powder to varry the flavours. Even Sometimes i make it as caramelised popcorns.
