Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept razorpay, gpay, phonepe. All major Credit cards, Debit cards and UPIs are accepted during our Webinar Registration’s .

Offline Pregnancy classes can be paid for directly at the Bodhi Pregnancy Care Centre. A full payment during registration with a GMail ID is compulsory for all online and offline webinars and services.

There is no Cash On delivery system or cheque acceptance facility applicable at the moment.All transactions are securely processed.

Delivery Terms

We will ensure that you receive a confirmation email/ watsapp message,when registering for any webinars or service of ours. Any queries of registered participants sent over email or through any other mode of communication before the Webinar commences will be answered within 24 hours.

Delivery of Physical Products:
Physical products will be shipped to the address provided during the checkout process. Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability.

Delivery of Digital Products:
Upon successful payment for digital goods, you will receive a download link or access details. Delivery may be immediate or as specified in the product description.

Pricing

Bodhi Pregnancy Care Education reserves the right to change any price at which we offer any of our services at any time. We shall have no liability for any such changes and are not bound to fulfil orders at old prices.

Products:
This platform offers both physical and digital goods. Physical products will be shipped to the address provided, while digital goods are delivered electronically.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued at our discretion. For physical goods, contact our support team within 10 days of receiving the product. For digital goods, contact us within 1 day of purchase. Refund requests may require proof of issues.

Refunds for online classes cannot be processed after the class begins. If you inform us a couple of days before the class date then, 80% of your amount will be returned. If you inform us 15 days before the class date then 100% of your amount will be returned without any questions. Don’t miss the class, certain class dont have recordings to provide you. if you make leave, you miss the content.

License and Usage (Digital Products):
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital goods for personal or commercial purposes, as specified in the product description. You can use it for personal use. And You should not resale or reprint the goods you purchase which is viable and case against you will be filed if done.
